Tube Coating

NTFL has the expertise to coat complex shapes and we are able to coat the outside diameter of tubes with good uniformity. Outside diameters ranging from 1 mm to 200 mm, and lengths from 1 mm to 400 mm. Most of the coatings that we manufacture for plano substrates can be applied to tubes i.e. anti-reflection, band pass filters, heat control, metal coatings, mirror coatings, protective coatings, and our UltraShield (hydrophobic/oleophobic) coating.
