Quality Inspector/Cleaning Technician

NTFL is currently looking to fill the position of Quality Inspector/Cleaning Technician. Candidate
must have attention to detail and be a multitasker. Experience is not required; training will be
provided to all new hires.

Requirements:

• Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.
• Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to the QC supervisor.
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into the quality database.
• Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
• Accomplishes the quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Cleans optics with different solvents to ensure the best coating adhesion.
• Tools and secures optics before coating.
• Heavy lifting required. Approx. 50 lbs
